  • GARDEN CLUB "VEGGIE LIONS"

This club meets mostly during the summer to grow vegetables, which are in turn donated to community food shelters. Students secure donations for plants and seeds, plant the garden, which is located at the Provence Center, and take care of the garden through harvest.
  • JUSTICE LEAGUE

  • RECYCLING CORPS

This student-directed group’s goal is to make Catholic Social Teaching’s tenant of “Care for God’s Creation” come to life at Saint Viator High School in a variety of ways. One way the club helps to reduce the school’s impact on the environment is through the weekly, after-school recycling program. The Corps collects the recycle bins from classrooms and offices and empties them into the outdoor recycling dumpster. Other “green” projects will be explored by the group.
